Welcome to our Women's Pistol Self Defense Course, a comprehensive and empowering program designed to equip women with the skills and knowledge needed to defend themselves effectively in potentially dangerous situations. The course aims to empower women with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle the firearm effectively and confidently. Introduction to fundamental firearm safety rules tailored to women. Understanding the anatomy and operation of the AR-15 rifle, allowing you to leave our Course equipped with the knowledge and skills to protect you and your Cubs confidently. Course Benefits: • Increased self-confidence and personal security. • Enhanced situational awareness and ability to react accordingly. • Skill proficiency in pistol handling and marksmanship. • Practical knowledge of self-defense strategies. • Understanding that "No one is coming to save you" What to Bring: • 200 Rounds of Ammunition (Upon request, Ammo available at range for sale through California Tactical Academy) must notify us when booking to ensure range is fully stocked with ammo • Firearm appropriate to the class (Rental available) • Over or In-the waistband holster • Eye & Ear Protection • PPE – Gloves knee/elbow pads, if desired • Weather appropriate clothing • Sunscreen, pants, closed toes athletic shoes/boots, hat, long sleeves, if desired • Food (Snacks + Meal) & Plenty of Liquids • Notepad and paper • Prescribed allergic reaction medical treatments (inform your instructor prior to class) • Folding Camping Chair, if desired What’s Included: • Range Rental Fee • Applicable steel/paper targets, barricades, or obstacles as required by the course • Water bottles • An amazing experience
